Auckland Joggers club is the world’s oldest jogging club. We started in 1962 and are still going strong with new members joining all the time! We’re a great group of fun people who enjoy keeping fit, being social and taking part in events. Our motto is “Fitness with Friendship” and we welcome visitors and new members. Whether you are experienced or just starting out we have a pack for you.

Our main runs/walks are held on a Tuesday and a Thursday evening at 5.30 pm. In the Summer months we usually run a pack at 6.00 pm. We also have a Saturday run/walk at 7.00 am and Sunday run/walk at 8.00 am. We have 5 running packs at different paces, and 5 walking groups too. On a Tuesday we usually are out running or walking for 90 minutes, and for 60 minutes on a Thursday.

If you are a beginner runner we have an '8 km in 8 weeks' programme, usually held once a year. Watch out for our announcements.
There are packs for most abilities. Our club members run/walk for fun, and as part of their training for 10 km races, half marathons, marathons and other events.
Visitors are always welcome. Come along in your running or walking gear and introduce yourself. Don’t worry if you have not done much running or walking, we will nurture you through, we were all beginners once.
Auckland Joggers Club premises are located in the Cornwall Park Sports Association Inc. (CPSA) club-rooms, which are shared with the Grammar / Carlton Rugby Club. You can find us on the left as you drive into Puriri Drive via Campbell Crescent off Manakau Road, Epsom, Auckland, New Zealand.
